We aim to call you back the same day during working hours, then book your free home measure at a time that suits you, usually within a few days. Once the flooring is in, most fittings are booked within a week or two.
Yes. We come to you with samples so you can see the carpet, LVT or vinyl in your own light, measure every room properly and check the subfloor. You get a fixed written price afterwards - no showroom trip, no pressure and no pushy sales talk.

Our fitting is covered by a 6-month labour guarantee, and the flooring itself carries its own manufacturer warranty, which varies by range. We tell you which warranty applies before you order, not after.
Most homes are done in a single day. A whole house of carpet with stairs and landing, or an LVT floor that needs the subfloor levelling first, can run into a second day. You get a realistic date and a fitting window with the quote.
Yes to both, at no extra cost. We move the furniture, lift and take away the old flooring and underlay, and hoover up before we leave. Just clear anything breakable and empty the wardrobes if we're fitting in a bedroom.

We take a deposit for the materials once you have chosen your flooring and the fitting is booked in, then the balance on completion when you're happy with it. Everything is set out in writing before you commit.
